PRODUCTION & DELIVERY FAQ

Clear answers on cycles, delivery windows, order changes, and what happens after purchase.

Clarity

Questions Should Have Precise Answers

QUOYO is built on a slower and more deliberate production rhythm. That makes clarity essential. This page explains the practical side of the process: how cycles work, how delivery windows are communicated, and what can or cannot be changed once an order is in motion.

The goal is simple: to make the experience feel considered, transparent, and easy to understand from the beginning.

Production Cycles

How the cycle works

What does my slot number mean?

Your slot number identifies your bag within a specific production cycle. It is the place of your piece in that sequence, not a generic order ID.

Why does QUOYO use production cycles?

Because serious artisanal production requires rhythm, consistency, and control. Working in cycles allows the atelier to produce in focused batches without compromising standards.

Will I wait longer if I order near the start of the cycle?

No. All orders placed within the same cycle share the same estimated delivery window, regardless of whether they were placed early or late in that window.

Does every bag in a cycle begin production at the same time?

Yes. Once the collection window closes, the batch is opened and production begins for that cycle in Naples.

Delivery Windows

Timing and expectations

When will I know my estimated delivery window?

You receive it at the time of order confirmation, together with the cycle your bag has entered.

Why does QUOYO use a delivery window instead of one exact date?

Because handmade production works through stages, not instant fulfilment. A window is more honest, more precise in practice, and allows the atelier to protect quality.

What if my bag is completed earlier than expected?

If a bag is ready ahead of the communicated range, it will ship early. Delivery windows are set conservatively on purpose.

What happens if there is a delay?

In the rare case of a delay, communication is direct and specific. You are contacted with the reason and the revised expectation.

Orders & Changes

Changes, cancellations, and communication

Can I change my order after placing it?

Changes may be possible before production begins. Once the cycle opens and materials have been allocated, changes are no longer guaranteed.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders may be cancelled before the production phase begins. After that point, the process is already underway and cancellation is generally no longer possible.

Will I receive updates after ordering?

Yes. You receive confirmation when your order enters the cycle, and further communication follows when production begins and when the bag is ready to ship.

Who writes to me if something changes?

If there is an exception or change to timing, the communication is handled directly and personally rather than through generic automated messaging.

A Different Standard

Transparency Is Part of the Experience

A quieter luxury model only works when expectations are handled properly. That is why QUOYO chooses clear delivery ranges, named cycles, and direct communication rather than vague promises.

The point is not to make waiting invisible. The point is to make it understandable, justified, and aligned with the quality of what is being made.
