QUOYO works with premium Italian calf leathers across three main finishes: vitello bottalato — a tumbled, naturally pebbled grain that is supple and highly durable; nappa — a smooth, soft calf leather with a silky, refined surface; and vitello stampa pitonata — calf leather embossed with a python-skin pattern, offering an exotic look without the use of protected species. All leathers are sourced from Italian tanneries.

Yes. QUOYO produces in controlled small batches. Some styles are released as limited drops or pre-orders. This is a deliberate choice: limited production ensures consistent craftsmanship and a product that retains its value and exclusivity over time. Once a batch sells out, availability cannot be guaranteed.

Italian leather develops a beautiful patina over time with proper care. We recommend keeping your bag away from prolonged direct sunlight and moisture. Clean gently with a soft, dry cloth. For deeper conditioning, use a leather cream specific to your leather type — smooth nappa benefits from a light conditioner, while vitello bottalato is naturally more resilient. Store your bag in a dust bag when not in use, stuffed lightly to maintain its shape.

Zippers run on a smooth brass-finished track with leather pullers. Hardware is consistent across the entire collection, ensuring a unified and premium feel on every model.

A pre-order allows you to secure a QUOYO piece before it is dispatched. Because our bags are handmade in small batches, some styles are made to order or released in limited production cycles. When you pre-order, your item enters the production or preparation queue and will be shipped once ready. Estimated timelines are indicated on the product page at the time of purchase.

Cancellation or modification requests must be submitted as soon as possible after the order is placed. Because production on handmade pieces may begin shortly after an order is confirmed, we cannot guarantee changes once the manufacturing process has started. Shipping is estimated by production cycle rather than immediate dispatch. Each cycle typically begins on the 21st of the month, with production taking around 3–4 weeks, followed by quality control and dispatch. Your estimated delivery window is shown at checkout and confirmed in your order email.

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be sent to the email address associated with your purchase. You can also access tracking details through the Track Order page on our website. If you have not received tracking information within the expected dispatch window, please contact us.

For orders shipped outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes, and handling fees may apply depending on the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost. We recommend checking your country's import regulations before placing an order.

Eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused, in their original condition, and accompanied by the original packaging.
